Pricing & the Living Standard We Maintain
At Sakshya Homes, pricing reflects the quality, consistency, and care with which our residences are managed every day. Our homes are designed to remove friction from daily living, and our pricing is structured to protect the standards that make such ease possible. We offer four-sharing, three-sharing, double-sharing, and single-occupancy options—allowing residents to choose the level of privacy and personal space that suits their needs. Shared accommodations range between ₹10,000 and ₹17,000, while single-occupancy rooms range from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000. With the exception of our most basic shared option, all plans include three freshly prepared meals daily and full access to the amenities described at Sakshya Homes.
An advance security deposit is taken to ensure mutual accountability and to preserve the condition, hygiene, and calm order of the residence for everyone. Electricity consumption is shared and billed separately, based on actual usage, allowing us to maintain reliable infrastructure and well-functioning appliances without embedding variable costs into rent. Beyond this, residents are not required to manage or contribute separately toward groceries, internet, housekeeping, maintenance staff, or daily operations. The living experience remains fully managed, predictable, and insulated from routine negotiation.
Sakshya Homes does not position itself as a low-cost alternative to informal PGs or improvised shared flats. Maintaining cleanliness, food quality, staff support, safety, and a composed environment requires consistency, and consistency carries a cost we choose to honour rather than dilute. Our pricing is therefore fixed and transparent, designed for those who value settled living over temporary savings.
A Note for Parents
For parents, this pricing represents assurance rather than expense. It reflects a living environment where hygiene, safety, meals, and daily operations are managed with consistency, so your daughter is not required to navigate household logistics or remain perpetually vigilant. While some costs such as deposit and electricity are handled transparently, the larger burden of daily coordination and compromise is deliberately removed. The intent is simple: to provide a space that remains predictable, dignified, and supportive—allowing families to trust not in promises, but in everyday reliability.
